Davie names Bill Rebarick president of U.S. operations
Announcement: September 8, 2026
Bill Rebarick was appointed President, U.S. Operations, with responsibility for daily leadership of Davie Defense and Gulf Copper, according to the company’s September 8 announcement. He will report to CEO Philip Burns-O’Brien. Rebarick brings more than 25 years of experience in shipbuilding, defense and industrial programs, including roles at BAE Systems, Austal USA and Lockheed Martin.
The appointment forms part of a broader expansion of Davie’s U.S. leadership team. The company also recently named Kim Salmi Vice President and General Manager, New Builds. Davie said Salmi would help develop the team and processes for building Arctic Security Cutters at Gulf Copper, including the first Texas-built vessel under that program.
