GIA has been part of Galveston since 1892 and a GEDP member since 1999. What began as a small downtown agency has grown into a full-service independent insurance firm with offices in Galveston and Friendswood and more than 40 licensed professionals.
The firm provides personal and business coverage for clients ranging from first-time homeowners to companies with multiple locations. GEDP’s September newsletter recognized GIA’s participation in the IIABA Best Practices Study Group and its two Best Places to Work in Insurance awards.
GIA’s motto, “Service Before and After The Storm,” reflects its work with the community through Alicia, Ike, Harvey, Beryl, and beyond.
